The form above and these two addresses are the only contact channels we publish. Never send us a password — we will never ask for one.
What to include in a bug report
A report we can reproduce gets fixed. A report we cannot usually turns into a round of questions first, so it helps to lead with:
- The page you were on, and the player or position involved if it is a board problem.
- What you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
- Your league settings — team count, scoring, and roster slots — since the board is priced from them.
- Browser and device, and roughly when it happened.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can point at.
What to expect back
This is a small operation, so we are not going to print a response time we cannot hold to. We read everything and reply as soon as we can. Privacy and data requests are handled first, and we will tell you what we actually did rather than just confirming receipt.
What we cannot help with
BetFantasy.ai is not a sportsbook. We accept no wagers and hold no money, and there is no balance, deposit, or payout on this site. Anything about a settled bet, a withdrawal, or an account balance belongs to whichever sportsbook you used — we have no access to it and no way to act on it. We also do not give financial or betting advice. The sportsbook lines on the board are reference context only, as described on the about page.
