Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are between you and Obsidian Ridge Holdings, LLC, based in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States, which operates BetFantasy.ai. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What the service is

BetFantasy.ai is a fantasy football draft assistant. It merges published average draft position data with projections and ranks the remaining player pool by value-based drafting math, which we call the BetFantasy Edge Model. The model is a fixed set of formulas, extracted from a third-party spreadsheet. It does not learn, it does not retrain, and it does not recalibrate from how your draft or anyone else's season turns out.

Two limits are worth stating up front. First, the board labels a player EDGE when it has a real imported projection and EST when the points are interpolated from ADP rank instead. Roughly 570 of about 1,700 players carry a real projection, so most of the pool is estimated. Second, the ranking outputs are opinions about draft value, not predictions of what will happen on the field.

The /bets and /lineup pages describe products that do not exist yet. Nothing is built behind them, and nothing on them is a commitment to ship on any date.

What the service is not

Everything BetFantasy.ai publishes is informational analysis and opinion. It is not betting advice, investment advice, or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to place any wager or make any transaction.

BetFantasy.ai is not a sportsbook. It accepts no wagers, holds no money, and processes no payments. Where the board shows sportsbook season over/under numbers, they are reference context for a projection, not an offer, a price, or a prompt to bet. If you choose to bet elsewhere, that is entirely your decision and your risk, and it is your responsibility to follow the law where you are.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use BetFantasy.ai. Accounts are optional: the site works fully signed out, and a signed-out draft is held under an anonymous session, described in the privacy policy.

If you do create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to reach another person's draft, account, or data.
• Do not scrape, bulk-export, or resell the board, the rankings, or the underlying data.
• Do not attack, overload, or probe the site, and do not automate traffic against it.
• Do not use the site to break the law, including gambling law where you live.

Data accuracy and third-party sources

The board is only as good as the data it is built from, and that data comes from other people. Average draft position is collected from ESPN, Sleeper, FFC and MFL on a scheduled job that runs every four hours. Yahoo ADP is different: it is a committed snapshot taken on 13 August 2025 and it never refreshes, so it drifts further out of date as the season approaches. The board shows the Yahoo column all the same, because a stale consensus input is still worth seeing as long as you know it is stale.

Sportsbook season over/under lines come from BettingPros. They are optional, they refresh on a self-gated interval of three to seven days rather than continuously, and they are shown for reference only. They are not live odds and must not be treated as a price you can act on.

Any of these sources can be late, wrong, incomplete, or unavailable, and when one fails we keep the last known values rather than blanking the board. Injuries, trades, suspensions and depth chart changes may not be reflected yet. Check anything that matters against the source before you draft on it.

Intellectual property

The site, its code, its copy, its design, and the BetFantasy.ai name and marks belong to Obsidian Ridge Holdings, LLC. You may use the site for your own drafts. You may not copy it, republish it, or build a competing product out of its output.

Player names, statistics, team names and league marks belong to their respective owners. The Edge Model math is derived from a third-party spreadsheet whose authors retain their own rights in it. BetFantasy.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any fantasy platform, or any data provider named on this site.

No warranties

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be available, that the data will be correct or current, or that any ranking will work out for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Obsidian Ridge Holdings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost league winnings, lost bets, or lost data, arising out of your use of BetFantasy.ai. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and where that is the case these limits apply only as far as the law permits.

Termination

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks the acceptable use rules above, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. If we shut the service down, your data goes with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the service changes, and the effective date at the top moves with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
